HABITS OF A HEALTHY HEART
In new seasons, we often focus on what we should do more of. More eating healthy, more exercise, more reading books, more growth in ourselves, more, more, more and more. But sometimes, we just need to simplify. Removing the more in our schedule to allow space and time for the more important. Time with family, time to slow down, time with our spouse, time with God, time in prayer, time in worship. In our series, Habits of a Healthy Heart, we'll take a deep breath, make space for God, and allow Him to work in our lives as we look specifically at 5 habits. Habits that will heal your heart, show us that less is actually better, allow our mind to stop for a moment, get rid of guilt, and give us the capacity to not quit too early.
